The Rip Curl Dawn Patrol 5/3mm CZ Wetsuit is a neoprene wetsuit designed for surfing in cold winter waters, combining thermal insulation, stretch, and durability. Its construction incorporates E5 neoprene and natural rubber–based foam, providing flexibility and thermal protection for demanding conditions.

The E4 thermal lining and Flash E5 lining help retain body heat and enhance comfort during the session. The suit features GBS seams (glued and blindstitched), which help reduce water entry, as well as E5 tape and reinforcements at the main stress points to improve strength and durability.

The chest zip entry system offers a secure fit and makes the suit easier to put on. It also includes a recycled internal lining and an internal key pocket. Its lamination process uses water-based, solvent-free adhesives, reducing the use of conventional solvents during manufacturing.
