The Rip Curl Dawn Patrol Pro 5/3 mm Chest Zip wetsuit is a neoprene suit designed for surfing in cold water, combining thermal insulation, flexibility and durability. Its construction features E5 neoprene and natural rubber–based foam, together with materials and manufacturing processes aimed at reducing the use of conventional chemicals.
The chest-zip entry system provides a secure fit and makes it easier to put the suit on. Its sealed seams, reinforced with E5 tape and taping in high-stress areas, help reduce water entry and enhance durability during continuous use.
The interior includes a recycled lining, contributing to comfort during sessions, and an internal key pocket, convenient for storing small items. It also features lamination with a solvent-free, water-based adhesive, an alternative used to reduce the use of solvents in the manufacturing process.
