The Billabong Absolute Core 4/3 BZ wetsuit is a 4/3 mm wetsuit designed for surfing in cold-water conditions, combining thermal insulation, stretch, and freedom of movement. It is part of Billabong’s Absolute Core collection and features recycled materials in both the outer and inner fabrics.

Its construction incorporates recycled Superflex in the outer lining and an ultralight, partially recycled foam, which helps maintain a good balance between thermal protection, flexibility, and lightness. On the inside, the recycled Graphene Pro stretch jersey adds elasticity and enhances comfort while paddling and moving on the board.

The chest zip entry system makes the suit easier to put on and provides a secure fit. The outer seams feature GBS (Glued, Blind Stitched) technology—i.e. glued, blind-stitched, and sealed—to help reduce water entry and improve the suit’s durability.

Inside, it incorporates Melco tape reinforcement at critical stress points, designed to strengthen the areas under the greatest tension. The assembly uses water-based Aqua Alpha glue, employed in manufacturing to reduce the use of conventional adhesives.
