The Firewire FRK+ surfboard, designed by Dan Mann, is a high-performance shortboard with a squash tail, evolved from the original FRK to offer greater versatility in typical everyday surf conditions.
The squash tail provides more release in turns while maintaining the FRK’s excellent performance. Its combination of outlines and concave distribution delivers a very fast rail-to-rail response, along with an excellent balance of drive, speed and looseness.
It is designed for intermediate level surfers and up who are looking for a very reactive board that responds immediately to their movements.
